Leslie Cole-Brooks lives on the Big Island of Hawaii where she has a private practice focussed on reforestation, carbon sequestration, and ecosystem restoration. She works on both project development and as an advocate for policy that supports sustainability and combats the impacts of climate change. Previously, Ms. Cole-Brooks served as the Executive Director for the Distributed Energy Resources Council of Hawaii and the Hawaii Solar Energy Association. Cole-Brooks is trained as a geologist, and is a graduate of the William S. Richardson School of Law. She is a current member of the California and Hawaii State Bar Associations.
